According to EU regulations, it is always necessary to contact your airline to book assistance. This ensures that assistance will be available at all airports on your journey, and you avoid having to call each airport individually to arrange assistance.

If you are unable to book assistance in advance through the airline, you can also call us at: +45 32 31 32 31, two days before your departure. We can connect your call to Falck Assistance, where you can book assistance, but only for Copenhagen Airport. Therefore, you will need to contact the other airports directly to book the assistance there.
