It is not possible to bring an entire litre of liquids in your hand luggage.
You can bring a re-sealable 1liter bag with as many containers as you like in the bag, as long as neither of the containers exceed 100ml. As the containers in themselves always will occupy some space it will therefore never be possible to bring an entire liter of liquids.
